There is a $250 refundable security deposit hold that will be charged 5 days prior to check-in and released 5 days after checkout if no damages. The rent shown is due 45 days prior to check-in.
If our unit is not available, please email rob@celadonbeachresort.com for other 2BR/2BA units with bunkroom.

Taxes - 13%
Parking Fee $45 paid to the Association
No Pets
No Smoking/Vaping in unit or on balcony per HOA. Smokers will be asked to leave with no refunds!
